Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Curriculum
Our program established a DEI Committee in 2021 to provide our residents with the skills and knowledge necessary to serve an increasingly diverse population. We have since created a mentorship program with the local school system, established a residency curriculum and published papers on health inequities in medicine.
